This design is inspired the view from the bottom of my garden on South Harbour, Scalpay on a winter morning. I loved the flat calm dawn reflected in the water and the crisp ice lining the shore.
This image is entirely hand cut from sixteen textured layers of 160gsm paper with a craft knife.
